 *FIXED* [V] (IE7) Structure's propertiesGet() sometimes doesn't work
 *FIXED* [S] News.php plugin's ul/li structure generator generates if there's any dash in the contents :(
 + [V] Fix file logging issues Structure's adding/deleting sites and NewsWriter's saving newly created entry
 

-> Crossbrowser compatibility issues:

 + [V] (Opera9) Login screen looks screwed up
 + [V] (Opera9) Input text with polish diacretics doesn't keep the right styling 
 + [S] (IE7) Gallery's centered image aint vertically centered
 + [V] (Opera9/IE7) NewsWriter's help button needs CSS fixing
